Meet The Team

Kerry Sarna | Owner

Kerry Sarna is the owner of Ravenscape Construction LLC. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is deeply committed to making each client’s building experience personal, organized, and enjoyable.

Before entering the construction industry, Kerry served in the United States Air Force as a Phoenix Raven, providing global protection in demanding environments around the world. His military service took him to more than 70 countries, giving him a broad appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. That experience continues to shape the discipline, accountability, and attention to detail he brings to Ravenscape Construction today.

Kerry is passionate about helping clients turn a vision into a home they are proud to own. He believes the best projects are built on strong communication, trust, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Kerry has been married to his wife for more than 12 years and is a proud father of two—a son and a daughter. His faith and family are central to his life, and he gives all glory to The Lord.

Rachel | Office Manager

Rachel has been part of Ravenscape Construction from the beginning and serves as the company’s Office Manager. She plays an essential role in keeping projects, client communication, financial management, and daily operations organized and moving forward smoothly.

With a strong background in business relationships, service initiatives, financial analysis, and client support, Rachel helps bridge the gap between creative vision and operational viability. Her attention to detail and analytical approach allow her to manage customer accounts, reporting, resource allocation, administrative workflows, and team compliance with care and precision.

Rachel is passionate about creating a professional, responsive, and organized experience for every Ravenscape client. She takes pride in helping clients understand the process, maximizing the value of the services provided, and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and communication.

A North Carolina native, Rachel is a wife and mother of two. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, and baking.

Donald Maas | Project Manager

Donald Maas serves as a Project Manager for Ravenscape Construction, bringing valuable residential construction leadership and hands-on project management experience to the team. He works closely with homeowners, trade partners, and the Ravenscape team to help keep projects organized, communication clear, and each phase of construction moving forward with care and attention to detail.

Originally from Wisconsin, Donald served six years in the United States Air Force before relocating to North Carolina in 2018. Prior to joining Ravenscape Construction, he spent six years as a Project Manager with another homebuilding company, where he developed a strong understanding of the coordination, planning, and accountability required to deliver a successful homebuilding experience.

Donald is committed to helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the construction process. His background, professionalism, and steady approach make him an important part of the Ravenscape team and the relationships built with each homeowner.

Outside of work, Donald is married and a proud father of two. He enjoys spending time with his family and following sports, especially the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
